About us
My name is Juliana, I’m married and I have a son who is my passion! I graduated in Law and Accounting and worked as an alegal accounting expert for a few years, until my son was born.
Then started to help my husband manage some franchises in the food and clothing business, which belonged to us.
I’ve always liked making pizza at home and I decided to start studying about natural fermentation in 2020 and I felt in love with this world!
We moved to Winter Garden, FL and now I make a variety of sourdough breads and long-fermented pizzas for sale.
I’m very grateful and happy for the (radical) change of carrer and country! A big hug and thank you!
